• Buying?  Did you know that the seller pays the buyer agent's commission?  Thats right, it's a free service for me to assist you in buying a home!  There are so many processes and pitfalls that can occur before you close on your new home.  Besides negotiating a price there are also appraisals, inspections, title issues, loan or underwriting conditions and deadlines just to name a few.  All must be performed in a precise and timely manner.  Can you do this alone?  This is my specialty!
